Berlin's festival season stretches from the Karneval der Kulturen in May and June through to Lollapalooza Berlin in September, and the sites are rarely small: Tempelhofer Feld, the Wuhlheide and STATION Berlin all work at a scale where a single shift can mean several hundred people at the gates.
Our Berlin pool holds more than 8,200 registered students, so large deployments are staffed in shifts with replacement cover at short notice. Because everyone lives in the city, you carry no travel or accommodation costs, and each person is briefed on your site plan and access rules before the shift begins.
Where our staff work in Berlin: entrance and access control at the Messegelände under the Funkturm and the CityCube, wristband and ticket scanning at STATION Berlin, bar and beverage service at Mercedes-Benz Arena concerts, and set-up, dismantling and clean-up teams on the open-air grounds at Wuhlheide and Tempelhofer Feld.
Why the local pool matters: staff reach Kreuzberg, Treptow or the Westend by S-Bahn, so late clean-up shifts after a September festival weekend or the December Christmas markets do not depend on coach transfers. Multilingual crews are available for international audiences, and all shifts are paid at or above the German statutory minimum wage of 13.90 euros per hour in 2026.
