ucm was founded in Berlin in 2014 – born from personal experience. Our founder, Amin Guellil, had worked as a bartender and trade fair host during his studies and saw firsthand how traditional temporary staffing worked: analog processes, long vacancy periods, and jobs that didn't truly suit either students or companies.
The approach was different from the start: a proprietary platform that operationally manages the entire deployment – not just the placement.
