The performance-based bonus depends on defined targets like number of store referrals, completed energy checks, or sweepstake sign-ups. You'll get the exact details in the briefing. Base pay: €17–22/hr fixed hourly rate.
The casting takes place at the headquarters in Berlin or Hamburg. The client is there in person. Beforehand you'll go through training on brand basics and conversation logic at ucm.
You'll be employed directly by ucm , contract, pay, and social insurance all run through us. Depending on assignment length, either as a Werkstudent job or as Kurzfristige Beschäftigung. Payout on the 15th of the following month.
Start from June 2026. 2 days of promotion per location.
