Thanks to our large pool we can put together teams of 10 to over 500 for large-scale events, depending on lead time. We scale flexibly with your needs.

Yes, we plan flexible shift models for multi-day events. Our planners coordinate shift changes, breaks, and handovers so your festival is staffed around the clock.

We cover access control, drink service, crew catering, build-up and tear-down, wardrobe staff, and general event helpers. On request we also provide service staff for VIP areas.

For large festivals we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure the best crews. For smaller open-air events 2–3 weeks' lead time is often enough.
