With ucm, you are employed with social security contributions, even if you work for different companies. This is known as temporary staffing (ANÜ).
You will work for our partner companies in gastronomy, hospitality, events, logistics, and other sectors. ucm handles all contractual matters — you focus on your job.
For airport assignments (e.g., lounge service, catering, ground handling), a security clearance (ZÜP) according to §7 Aviation Security Act is required. ucm will assist you with this.

The security check usually takes 4–6 weeks. Once it's completed, you can be deployed at the airport.

The Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) is a security check under the Luftsicherheitsgesetz that's required for any work in the security area of airports. If you're interested in airport jobs, ucm helps with the application and covers the cost. The check takes around 4–6 weeks.
Once your application and verification are done (1–2 working days), you can usually pick up your first shift within a few days. Airport jobs take a bit longer because of the ZÜP (around 4–6 weeks). All other assignments can start right away.
