Leipzig's festival profile is unusual: the Wave-Gotik-Treffen spreads across dozens of venues inside the city in June, while the Highfield Festival in August takes place out at the Störmthaler See south-east of Leipzig. One needs distributed teams across many doors, the other a self-contained crew on a lakeside site.
