Munich's outdoor calendar is dominated by the Theresienwiese: the Frühlingsfest in April and May, then Oktoberfest from late September into early October, with Tollwood adding a summer and a winter edition at the Olympiapark. Beverage service, food stalls and access control at these sites need people who already know how the grounds are laid out.
Our Munich pool covers more than 6,300 registered students. For a run as long as Oktoberfest we plan in shifts and hold replacement cover, so an absence on a Saturday morning does not leave a bar or a gate unstaffed. Staff are local, so travel and accommodation never appear on your invoice.
Where our staff work in Munich: beverage service and food stalls on the Theresienwiese, entrance and access control at Messe München in Riem and the ICM, cloakroom and info points at the MOC, and clean-up plus dismantling teams at the Olympiapark and on Königsplatz after open-air concerts.
