INTERNORGA in March turns Hamburg into a food service city for a week, but the steady work sits elsewhere: congress catering at the CCH, receptions in HafenCity and turnaround days at the cruise terminals, where several hundred covers have to be served inside a fixed window.
We hold a pool of over 4,800 registered students in Hamburg. Every team is briefed before the shift, paid at least the 2026 statutory minimum wage of 13.90 euros per hour, and lives in the city, so you carry no travel or accommodation costs. Quotes follow within hours.
