The Rheinkirmes takes over the left bank of the Rhine for nine days each July and remains the largest single staffing job in Düsseldorf. Japan Day in May fills the Rhine promenade with several hundred thousand visitors in one afternoon and evening, and Carnival in February or March pushes the Altstadt to its limits.
We hold more than 3,200 registered students in Düsseldorf. Formats that run late, such as Japan Day with its closing fireworks, are covered in shifts so the clean-up team is fresh when the crowd leaves. No travel or accommodation is invoiced, and each person is briefed on your site beforehand.
Where our staff work in Düsseldorf: entrance and access control at Messe Düsseldorf and the CCD Congress Center, wristband and ticket scanning at the Merkur Spiel-Arena, bar and food stall service on the Rheinkirmes grounds, and clean-up crews on the Rhine promenade and through the Altstadt.
