Rock im Park on the Zeppelinfeld in June is the largest crowd event in the Nuremberg calendar, and it needs gates, wristband checks, bar teams and clean-up crews working around the clock across a weekend. The Bardentreffen in July moves the demand into the old town, and the Volksfest returns twice a year to the Volksfestplatz.
Our Nuremberg pool has more than 1,800 registered students. For camping festival weekends we schedule in shifts with replacement cover at short notice, and because everyone lives in the region there are no travel or accommodation costs on the invoice. Briefings happen before the first shift.
